This group of contributors is loosely based on a few Pacific Lutheran University Alumni and their friends and family.  Our mission, should we choose to keep up with it, is to remain somehow connected as we get older and our lives change. While some of us are on a path moving us closer to the Seattle area where the majority of us live, some of us are moving on to begin new lives elsewhere in the world.  Of course, this blog is an experimental mission and we aren’t entirely sure of the outcome.  My personal prediction is that some of us will post only general details about our lives, some of us will visually document our lives in pictures, some of us will rant about our jobs and some of us will just lurk.   But that’s ok – that’s the beauty of the virtual world – anything can happen!

While we’ve all moved on from the PLU bubble (or unfortunately were only an indirect part of it) we’ve paid homage to the origin of our connection to each other in an appropriately subtle manner:  co-opting the symbol of the Luther Rose, a long held PLU icon.   So that’s it, folks!  Happy reading.  Happy writing.

We are roses.  We chatter.
